Selah Streams
-
There is a sound rising in the Body of Christ—a gentle yet weighty current of revelation flowing from the heart of God to reform His Church. It is not the rush of performance or the noise of ambition, but the steady movement of grace through yielded vessels. It is the sound of Selah—the sacred pause between Heaven’s words and our response.
Selah Streams was birthed from that pause. It is a place of reflection, recalibration, and prophetic counsel for those called to build the Kingdom with purity and presence. Every word written here is meant to invite the reader to stop, breathe, and listen—to receive Heaven’s rhythm in a world addicted to hurry.
In Scripture, Selah appears in the Psalms as an instruction to pause—to let what has been sung sink deeper. Streams represent the continual flow of revelation that proceeds from God’s throne (Psalm 46:4, Revelation 22:1). Together, Selah Streams is a prophetic picture of the unhurried flow of divine wisdom—truth received not in striving, but in stillness.
This space is dedicated to apostolic reflection—to restore the Church not through human systems, but through relational reformation. Here, we’ll explore what it means to lead and to follow in humility, to build in purity, and to live as family under the Headship of Jesus Christ. We will write to apostles, prophets, and builders; to daughters, sons, and shepherds—those who carry a longing for a Church made whole again.
In every reflection, the aim is simple: to help us pause before we build, listen before we speak, and love before we lead.
May these words be streams of counsel that refresh the weary builder and reawaken the Body to her first love. May every Selah restore rhythm to the Church and every stream carry us closer to the heart of the Father.
“There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God,
the holy place where the Most High dwells.”
— Psalm 46:4Welcome to Selah Streams—where reflection becomes revelation, and the restored Church learns again to flow with the Spirit of God.
How the Idol of Self Preservation is Resisting Your Calling
What once helped you survive will eventually keep you bound. Self-preservation becomes an idol when it replaces surrender. When self-preservation goes unchecked, it quietly hardens into pride. Not the loud, arrogant kind, but the subtle belief that I know what’s safest for me. It sounds like wisdom. It feels responsible. But it resists dependence on God.“God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble” (James 4:6). Humility, in this context, is not thinking less of yourself, it’s trusting God more than your coping mechanisms.
Letting Go of Good Things God Never Assigned
Loyalty, fear of moving on, and unresolved parental wounds can make it difficult to recognize when something is no longer aligned.
It looks like what God said.
It feels like what God said.
But it is not what God said.
Through prayer, reflection, and godly counsel, the Lord began to gently expose what I had been dismissing, rationalizing, or spiritualizing away. What once felt like discomfort revealed itself as discernment. What I had labeled stretching was, in truth, misalignment.
When the Portal Is in the Body: Obesity, False Comfort, and the Weight of the Call
We preach faith but live on adrenaline. We declare freedom while numbing our own pain. That’s not endurance — that’s idolatry dressed in ministry clothes. False comfort has discipled more apostles than the Holy Spirit ever intended. Obesity is not just a physical condition — it is often a prophetic mirror. The weight we carry in our bodies is a reflection of the weight we refuse to surrender in our spirits.
Your Authority is Built in The Secret Place, Not on Assignment
My prophets and apostles are making their assignments their identity instead of the assignments being fulfilled from their identity. My prophets and apostles are skipping formation. Healing permits formation. Will they pause? Will they Selah? I need to hold them, shape them. Will they come to the potter’s house and allow me to form them from the inside out? Jeremiah 18:1 to 6. My prophets and apostles have a revelation of what I’m calling them to, but they must prioritize formation so the manifestation is pure.
Apostolic Discernment in the Digital Age: Exposing Narrative Warfare and False Ministries
In this digital age, apostolic discernment also means learning to distinguish between the conviction of the Holy Spirit and the emotional chaos of outrage cycles online. It means noticing how platform incentives like views, shares, and monetization subtly shape what people say “God told them to release.” It means restoring order where God’s order has been replaced with performance.
Discernment is not about being suspicious of everything. It is about being anchored in Someone. When you truly know Jesus and His Word, counterfeits become clear, not because you study every fake, but because you are rooted in the real.
The Fifth Stream — The Rise of Relational Apostolic Reformation
The new apostolic order will be familial, not corporate. Apostles will not build empires—they will build ecosystems of healing, creativity, and mutual submission.
They will raise sons and daughters who outgrow them. They will walk with peers who sharpen them. They will sit under coverings who protect them. And they will all yield to Christ, who governs them.
The Church is not being restructured around personalities; it is being rebuilt around Presence. The true apostolic anointing carries the aroma of family—where love is fierce, correction is safe, and covenant is enduring.
The Apostolic Pattern of Honor, Correction, and Covenant Departure
One of the most frequent breakdowns in today’s Church happens not in joining a ministry, but in leaving one. Many believers exit quietly, saying, “I’m leaving in peace,” but their silence is not peace—it is avoidance.
Leaving without clarity leaves wounds unhealed and relationships unresolved. If offense, confusion, or concern has arisen, the honorable path is dialogue, not disappearance. A respectful conversation honors both the leader and the covenant that once covered the relationship.
Apostles Among Apostles — The Maturity Measured by Counsel
Immature or false apostles often discredit other apostles. They gossip under the banner of “discernment” and reveal personal details about relationships that were meant to remain private. This is not discernment—it is dishonor.
When leaders speak negatively about their peers, they are signaling that pride has replaced purity. The spirit of competition among apostles is one of the final barriers the Lord is tearing down. Those who cannot celebrate the grace on another’s life reveal insecurity, not revelation.
Apostles Among Apostles — The Safety of Shared Vision
When there are no peers to ask hard questions, when every decision is interpreted as “God told me,” the apostle ceases to function as a representative of Heaven and begins to function as a monarch of their own kingdom. Scripture warns us of this subtle drift: “Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety” (Proverbs 11:14).
God is not impressed by isolation. He is glorified by interdependence. The more authority a leader carries, the greater their need for accountability among equals. Apostles are not designed to build alone, because Kingdom architecture was never meant to be single-handed.
Purity, Power, and the Reformation of Women’s Ministry
When ministry is rooted in unhealed wounds, it reproduces the same bondage it was meant to break. The Lord is calling His daughters out of systems of false intimacy—those unhealthy soul-ties between leaders and followers where loyalty replaces discernment and admiration substitutes for true discipleship.
“Stay on the Wall: A Call for Prophets to Rise Again”
Many prophets have unknowingly stepped off their wall—distracted by busyness, disappointment, or even good things that look like God but aren’t. In this prophetic word, Apostle Mya calls the watchmen to rise again. Learn how to stay grounded in prayer, discern distractions, and walk in alignment with Heaven’s rhythm as you reclaim your post on the wall.
When One Voice Replaces The Head: The End of the Single-Apostle Era
The Holy Spirit is exposing narcissistic systems masquerading as apostolic structures. These are ministries built on control, intimidation, and unchallenged authority — where followers are conditioned to mistake silence for honor and submission for loyalty. But true apostolic authority does not demand submission; it models it.
The Grace to Divorce Ungodly Covenants
“I am releasing the grace to divorce—to divorce covenants that do not serve My Kingdom, those who claim by familiarity, intimacy without a true foundation of truth and love. My Prophets, My People must ask Me, ‘Who, How, and When must I divorce those things that are not serving Me? What is not serving Me?’ When My People ask Me this, I will answer.”
The Era of Violent Possession: Demonic Delay is Over
The prophetic word for 2025 “Demonic Delay is Over” reveals that God is breaking the chains of demonic delay hindering the fulfillment of His promises in our lives, ministries, and marriages. Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, believers are called to discern the true nature of their waiting seasons, rejecting the lies of the enemy and aligning themselves with God’s perfect timing. As we step into our God-ordained purposes, we are empowered to possess the promises spoken over us, ushering in a season of fruitfulness and spiritual abundance.
Restoring Covenant: Marriage as the Foundation of Kingdom Legacy and Ministry (Prophetic Word)
Through the Kingdom Courtship Accelerator, God is preparing His people to embrace covenant relationships that break free from isolation and self-reliance. This prophetic word serves as a God-ordained blueprint, urging believers to submit to covenant relationships as the pathway to experiencing the depth of God's promises for marriage, ministry, and legacy.
Unlocking Spiritual Potential: The Crucial Role of Prophetic Training for Every Believer
Initially, Gideon struggled with doubt and uncertainty regarding God's call. He questioned his worthiness and the feasibility of the task before him. However, as Gideon yielded himself to God's leading, he embarked on a journey of prophetic training guided by the Holy Spirit.
Through a series of encounters with God, Gideon experienced firsthand the power of prophetic revelation. In Judges 6:12, the Angel of the Lord appeared to Gideon, addressing him as a "mighty man of valor," despite his insecurities. This affirmation catalyzed Gideon's spiritual transformation and prepared him for the challenges ahead.
Unveiling God's Communication: Understanding the Prophetic Call & Embarking on Prophetic Training
Beyond personal growth, the prophetic call holds immense significance in God's plan for humanity. Throughout history, prophets have spoken truth, shaped nations, and brought hope in times of darkness. They serve as vessels, bringing God's mind and will to the world through their messages. In today's world, the prophetic voice remains vital, offering clarity and hope amidst chaos. Embracing this call isn't just about hearing God's voice; it's about partnering with Him to bring His kingdom to earth.
Embracing Persecution: How the Trials of Faith Refine Us
Our battles are not against visible adversaries but are rooted in a deeper, more pervasive spiritual conflict. This spiritual warfare inevitably manifests itself in our physical world, influencing our interactions and experiences. Therefore, understanding this spiritual dimension enables us to approach persecution with the right mindset, emphasizing the importance of spiritual readiness and resilience in overcoming these trials.
What is Marketplace Ministry? The Call of the 21st Prophet
I knew God was calling me to pursue a corporate career in consulting, build an online ministry, and start several different business ventures. I knew I couldn’t simply choose one; I would have to trust God to lead and guide me. By healing from childhood trauma and church hurt and building healthy friendships with other prophets, I learned to trust God’s voice and lead in my life so I could confidently obey His call to the marketplace. God has graced me with the privilege of attending top universities: Harvard University, Princeton University, and Georgetown University to train for my marketplace assignment. Over the last five years alone, I’ve reached thousands in my online ministry and built a profitable, 6-figure coaching business.
Prophet, Surrender the Marriage Timeline (Prophetic Word)
Beloved, where are your friends? I have sent you prophet after prophet to co-labor with you, to grow with you, and you continuously reject them. Prophet, I do not desire you be alone in your life and ministry. I want you to have friends. And I ask you: how do you expect me to send your husband if you won’t steward with the grace the friendships I am placing before you?
