Work with us

Serve the women coming behind you.

Every Clarity Coach at Selah is a Black woman who has walked this road herself. We don't build our team from résumés alone. We grow it from inside the pathway.

Join the Selah Team

We are building a thoughtful, skilled, and Christ-centered team to help serve the Selah Seminary community with care and excellence.

We are looking for people who value integrity, healthy leadership, clear communication, and helping others grow in their faith and purpose.

At Selah Seminary, we believe ministry work should be meaningful, healthy, and rooted in service. We are not looking for perfect people. We are looking for humble people who are willing to learn, work with excellence, receive feedback, and use their gifts to point others toward Jesus.

Our team supports students and leaders as they grow spiritually, personally, and practically. Whether your strength is coaching, enrollment, operations, content, video, marketing, or something we have not yet named, there may be a place for your gift here.

We are building a remote team that values prayer, wisdom, accountability, healthy boundaries, creativity, and strong systems. We want to create an environment where people can do meaningful work without losing themselves in the process.

The coaching pathway

At Selah, we call our prophetic life coaches Clarity Coaches. What is prophetic life coaching? The path to becoming one starts where every woman starts.

  1. Walk the road

Begin where every woman begins: complete an Ascent 1 or Ascent 2 program. We coach from the path, so our coaches walk it first.

  2. Prophet's Accelerator

A 12-month paid internship, by invitation. You train in prophetic life coaching, spiritual atmosphere discernment, prophetic reports, and intercession. When you complete it, you earn your prophetic life coaching certification.

  3. Coach training

You're trained by our Director of Coaching in the Selah coaching model, with a community of coaches beside you.

  4. Serve as a Clarity Coach

You coach women in our programs, covered and accountable, sent and never alone.

That means we aim to build with clear expectations, respectful communication, fair compensation based on role and experience, appropriate boundaries, and room for people to grow. We value both spiritual maturity and professional skill. We also believe no assignment, title, or leadership role should come at the cost of a person’s health, dignity, family, or relationship with God.

At Selah, Jesus is the center. We want to serve people well, steward our work wisely, and build something that brings healing, strengthens leaders, and helps the Church grow in truth and love.
