Privacy Policy

Who we are

selahseminary.org is run by Unapologetic Nicole LLC, doing business as Selah Seminary, a ministry based in New Jersey that forms Black women called to the prophetic. Our programs are Discernment Accelerator, Alignment Accelerator, Kingdom Courtship Accelerator, and Clarity Blueprint (The Funded Five-Fold Ministry). Their websites all follow this same policy.

When this page says "Selah Seminary," "we," "us," or "our," it means Unapologetic Nicole LLC, doing business as Selah Seminary. When it says "you," it means you, the person visiting.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us in a form on this site:

• Sister Circle sign-up: your email and the areas you pick (Gift, Body, Marriage, Career).
• The "Where do I begin?" quiz: your answers stay in your browser unless you send them to us. If you ask us to email your next steps, we save your email, the program the quiz suggested, and your answer about finances.
• "Something else" share box: what you choose to tell us you are carrying, and your email if you add it.
• Program ideas: your idea, your quiz answers, and your email if you add it.

Some forms also save where you came from (for example, the link you clicked on YouTube) and which page you were on. This helps us know which videos and posts are reaching you.

What is collected automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting company keeps basic records when a page loads: your device's internet address, browser type, and the page you asked for. These records help keep the site running and safe.

Right now this site does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools, or tracking pixels. If we add one later, we will update this page first.

How we use your information

• To send you what you asked for, like quiz results, a training, or a guide.
• To send emails about our teachings and programs. You can stop these anytime.
• To review your application and get ready for your call.
• To understand what our community needs, so we can build programs that serve you.
• To keep the site safe and stop spam.

What you share with us

Some of our questions are personal. They ask about your faith, your calling, your health, your relationships, or your money. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

We treat these answers with care. Only our ministry team and the people who help us run our programs can see them. We use them to serve you, never to shame you, and we never post them publicly.

Who helps us

We use a few trusted companies to run this site. They handle your information only to do their job for us:

• Netlify: hosts this website and saves a backup copy of each form.
• ActiveCampaign: sends our emails and keeps our email list.
• YouTube (Google): plays some story videos. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.
• Google Fonts and Cloudflare (cdnjs): deliver the fonts and animation code this site uses. They can see your device's internet address when the page loads.

Each company has its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

We never sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with other ministries or businesses so they can market to you.

Your choices

• Stop our emails: click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email.
• See or fix your information: email us and we will send you what we have or correct it.
• Delete your information: email us and we will remove it from our email list and records, unless we must keep something by law.

Write to hello@selahseminary.org. We aim to answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more privacy rights under your state's or country's laws. We will honor them.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are on our list or taking part in a program, and for as long as we need it to serve you or meet our legal duties. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

Keeping it safe

This site uses a secure connection (https). Our forms go to password-protected accounts that only our team can open. No website is perfectly safe, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Children

Our programs are for adults. This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Other websites

This site links to our other program sites, YouTube, and other places. When you leave this site, the other site's privacy policy applies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
