Is this you?
You said yes to God a long time ago. You serve. You pray for everyone. You are the strong one at church, at work, and at home.
And you are tired in a way sleep doesn't fix.
You carry words God gave you years ago that you still can't live out. You are stuck between where you are and where He said you would be. You are surrounded by people, and you still feel alone.
Ministry used you up. It never stopped to build you up.
Too many ministries run on output. They celebrate how much you give and never ask how you're doing. Leaders are praised for serving while they quietly fall apart.
Most seminaries train your mind and leave the rest of you untouched. Your hurt, your body, your relationships, and your loneliness are treated like side issues.
They are not side issues. A leader who isn't whole can't carry the weight of the call for long.
Rest and healing are not a reward for finishing. They are part of being formed.
What Apostle's House is
Apostle's House is nine months of living, healing, and learning together in the DC area.
It is not a classroom seminary. It is personal discipleship for your whole life: your walk with God, your emotions, and your relationships. You won't just get information. You'll get people who know your name and your story.
apostle noun · “a sent one”
An apostle is a “sent one.” She is sent by God to start and build things: a ministry, a program, a business, a work on a campus. Apostle's House is where you get ready to be sent, and where you learn you never have to build alone.
Your nine months
Seen.
Personal discipleship from leaders who know you, not just your gift.
Healed.
Room to face the burnout, the church hurt, and what you've buried, with people who won't rush you.
Equipped.
Learn to lead and build alongside peers, instead of carrying it all yourself.
Sent.
Be released into your assignment with a community that stays with you.
You are never sent alone
Before any graduate is sent out, she joins a standing group of peers: apostles with apostles, prophets with prophets. That group isn't an extra. It's a condition of being sent.
We believe a leader's authority isn't proven by how many people follow her. It's proven by who she lets correct her.
And if a season ever ends, it ends in honor. No disappearing. No cover-ups. Just honest conversation.

This is for you if
- You have completed Prophet's Accelerator.
- You are called, faithful, and serving, but you feel worn out, alone, or stuck.
- You carry prophetic words you don't yet know how to live out.
- You are ready to do real inner work, not just learn more.
- You can live in the DC area for nine months.
This is not for you if
- You want a degree or a purely academic seminary.
- You want a quick fix without the inner work.
- You want to lead without people around you who can correct you.
- You need licensed medical or mental health care as your main support right now. Selah can walk beside that care, but it can't replace it.
Where you're sent
Apostle's House graduates don't leave with a certificate and go it alone. They're sent to build with others:
- New programs and ministries
- Campus ministries
- Businesses and marketplace work
- Roles on the Selah Seminary team
Wherever you go, around the corner or around the world, your community goes with you.
Mya's story
Mya came to Selah in 2021 through Discernment Accelerator, unsure of her calling. After graduate school, she joined Alignment Accelerator and Apostle's House.
In that season, she worked through trauma and lost 80 pounds in one year. More than that, she got clear on her Kingdom assignment and learned to walk it out in community. She went from student, to intern, to leader on our team.
