Application Requirements

Application Requirements

At Selah Seminary, we believe that those who lead others must be formed before they are appointed. Because our work involves prophetic development, apostolic training, emotional maturity, and spiritual covering, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

Stage 1: Ministerial Foundations (Required)

Completion of Healing Prophets

Healing Prophets is our foundational formation program, designed to address inner healing, prophetic identity, apostolic submission, emotional maturity, and covenant culture.

All candidates must have completed this program because it ensures that every team member:

  • Moves from a healed and whole foundation

  • Understands our leadership structures and values

  • Can operate within apostolic order and community accountability

  • Has closed access points, strengthened discernment, and embraced process

Only leaders formed through Healing Prophets carry the alignment required to steward students at the Seminary.

Stage 2: Leadership Development (Required)

Completion of Prophet’s Accelerator

Prophet’s Accelerator equips prophetic leaders with the discipline, revelation, and practical execution needed to build, teach, and lead effectively inside our programs.

This requirement ensures that candidates:

  • Have demonstrated prophetic maturity

  • Possess a consistent prayer, fasting, and study rhythm

  • Can teach, mentor, guide, and support others with clarity and authority

  • Understand our unique discipleship model, curriculum, and coaching philosophy

We only consider applicants who have walked through the same developmental process we expect of our students.

Completion of Apostle’s House

While not required, applicants who have completed Apostle’s House receive priority consideration and are eligible for higher leadership roles and elevated salary tiers.

Apostle’s House graduates:

  • Operate at an executive leadership level

  • Understand apostolic governance, systems, organizational structure, and strategic oversight

  • Can lead teams, manage departments, and carry spiritual authority responsibly

  • Are equipped to build and scale programs, not just support them

These candidates are positioned for roles such as Lead Coach, Director-level positions, Department Heads, and strategic leadership assignments within the Seminary.

Why These Requirements Matter

Selah Seminary is not a traditional workplace—
it is a covenantal, spiritually governed ecosystem.

Every coach, specialist, administrator, and creative on our team must:

  • Carry emotional and spiritual maturity

  • Walk in alignment with our apostolic structure

  • Understand the culture, revelation, and language of this house

  • Model the healing, humility, discipline, and integrity we teach

These requirements ensure that every leader is not just qualified—but formed.
Not just skilled—but healed.
Not just trained—but aligned with the heart and vision of the Seminary.
